Finding Your Ideal Dose

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to CBD—especially during perimenopause and menopause, when symptoms and hormone levels can shift over time. Your ideal dose may change, so it’s important to listen to your body.

If you’re new to CBD, we recommend starting with the Step-Up Method:

Start with 10mg of CBD, three times a day—spaced out every 4 hours around mealtimes. Stick with this routine for a week to see how you feel.

Then, gradually increase your dose over 10 days using our graduated pipette. Keep an eye on your symptoms—
- Are you still feeling anxious?
- Is pain or tension lingering?
- Has your sleep improved?

Adjust in 5mg increments if needed, but always stay within the recommended maximum of 70mg per day.

Anxiety, balance, clarity: Mild to Medium dosage

Pain, focus, calm: Medium to Strong dosage

Insomnia, relief, rebalance: Strong dosage
